Pack the Item: Please ensure that the item(s) are packed securely in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

3. Refunds
After your return is processed and accepted, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus the original shipping charges (unless we are at fault for sending the wrong or damaged item). The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
